NipeX Product Code Addition & Renewal Process

ADDITION OF PRODUCT CODE

For “addition of new NJQS product/service”, write to GM, NipeX on your company’s letter-headed paper enumerating the product(s)/service(s) you want to add which should not be more than five (5). You are required to attach the following documents to your letter and email to customersupport@nipex.com.ng:

– RELEVANT DPR PERMIT
– CAC CERTIFICATE
– LIST OF EQUIPMENT
– JOB HISTORY OF SELECTED CODE
– MEMORANDUM & ARTICLE OF ASSOCIATION (MEMAT)
– MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT (IF APPLICABLE)

Note: Once your application is approved, you will be required to pay $2000 or N600,000 for the addition

REGISTRATION RENEWAL PROCESS

The renewal process involves the following:

  • Download the renewal form from our portal, www.nipex-ng.com under
    downloads.
  • Make the renewal payment of N20,000 (payment details on the form).
  • Scan/forward the payment details, the renewal form and the following documents to customersupport@nipex.com.ng:
    • DPR CERTIFICATE
    • FORM CO2
    • FORM CO7
    • CAC CERTIFICATE
    • ITF
    • PENCOM
    • VAT CERTIFICATE
    • TAX CLEARANCE
    • REFERENCE LETTER FROM THE BANK
